Yes. We are a registered NDIS transport provider. Participants with plan-managed or agency-managed plans can use their transport funding to book rides with us.
Transport support falls under Support Category 04 (Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation) or the Core Transport budget. Your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm which budget applies to your plan.
Yes. Support workers and carers are welcome to accompany participants at no extra charge (one carer per participant). Just let us know when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle size.
