Yes. For all pre-booked airport-to-hotel transfers, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver is notified automatically and will adjust their arrival time. You will not be charged for flight delays.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name. They will assist with your luggage to the vehicle and provide a bottle of water for the journey. For international arrivals, we allow up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.
