Yes, we accommodate same-day bookings subject to driver availability. For the best chance of getting a driver, especially for early morning or late-night trips, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Yes. We accept NDIS plan-managed and self-managed funding, MPTP (M40 concession card), TAC transport funding, and WorkSafe transport. Just let us know at the time of booking and we'll handle the paperwork.
We ask for at least 2 hours notice for standard bookings and 4 hours for airport pickups. Cancellations made with sufficient notice incur no fee. Late cancellations (under 1 hour before pickup) may incur a small fee — we'll let you know when you book.
